FAQs About the Application Process

You’ll need a resume in table format, a current telc or Goethe language certificate (at least Level B2), and the equivalency certificate from the Münster District Government. If you don’t have the certificate yet, just send us the confirmation of receipt for your application.

Your professional qualifications must be officially recognized in Germany. Here you’ll find all the information you need to apply for professional recognition: Münster Regional Government – Equivalency Assessments for Nursing and Healthcare Professions.

Don't live in Germany yet? Then check out the advisory services for foreign professionals: Central Service Center for Professional Recognition. Already in Germany? Then you can find help with the application process here: IQ Network NRW West: IQ Recognition Counseling NRW.

We’re happy to help you find the right place to turn to and guide you through the process. If you need to take an integration course, we’ll support you with that as well. The best way to get in touch is through our contact form. Note: Unfortunately, we cannot offer advice on immigration matters.

While the certification process is underway, you can start working with us right away as a nursing assistant. Once the certification process is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a permanent contract in healthcare and nursing.

The better your German is, the easier it will be for you to settle into city life and your job. That’s why you should have at least a B2 level. We work with various language schools and will adjust your work schedule so you can attend language classes to reach the C1 level.

We want you to feel at home here as quickly as possible. That’s why our intensive, modular onboarding program is tailored to your existing professional experience. Before you have any contact with patients, you’ll receive extensive training from experienced colleagues in nursing and medicine.

Sure, you're more than welcome to come in for a no-obligation trial period. That way, you can get to know our areas of work and our teams. Just reach out to us via our contact form and let us know which time frame would work best for you.
