Good leadership is important to us
Key Success Factor
Our leaders play a key role in shaping our culture. That’s why we support them with training in employee development, communication, conflict management, diversity, and labor law, as well as individual coaching. The 2024 employee survey shows that these efforts are paying off: 80% rate their leaders’ approachability as excellent.
As the saying goes? Cologne is a feeling.
Team cohesion
And this is also reflected in the university hospital. The fact that everyone helps each other is as natural as having a good time together. Whether in everyday working life or at the summer party, soccer tournament or the next team event.

Jann Missing, Chief Fire Officer

Experience the university hospital
Whether at our summer party, participation in the CSD, our soccer tournament, the Lindenburg Cup or in everyday working life: diversity is the best medicine!
Our soccer tournament: the Lindenburg Cup
Soccer brings people together - not only in the stadium, but also in the clinic. At our annual clinic tournament, the Lindenburg Cup, colleagues come together and play against each other in teams. The team names are as diverse as we are: Stomas Gottschalk, Ritalin Rambos, Viktoria Adduktoria or Benzo-Banditos? :)
Impressions from our summer party
For us, summer party means saying THANK YOU! With a big party, we thank all employees for their great work and their dedicated commitment to our patients.
