Insight: Further training in practical guidance

At the University Hospital of Cologne, we have more than 250 practical instructors working for trainees, participants in further training, new employees and foreign employees in recognition. Practice instructors support, accompany and instruct new specialists in a wide range of specialist areas. They receive special pedagogical and didactic training for this in eight block weeks of further training.
